The delivery of my piece
Once you have validated your order, it takes 4 to 5 weeks to receive your pretty unique piece(s). This time includes making, washing, drying, ironing, packing and sending your pieces, and depending on the influx of orders and times of the year, all these steps can take more or less time. , thank you very much for your patience ❤️.
In case we are overwhelmed by your orders and your love, and it is possible that the delivery takes a little longer, we will send you a little email to let you know.
The receipt of my piece
A word of advice: always try on your panties over an underwear, a refund or credit note will only be possible if the item is received in perfect condition.
Situation 1: I like the piece, the size suits me, I love Napperon with all my heart
If everything is perfect on your side, we are delighted for you and your napperon. Feel free to send us feedback, and post a review on Clear Fashion and/or Google. It always warms the heart. For those who wish, you can also send us worn photos that we can share on social networks and the website.
Situation 2: I don't like the transformed room
If you do not like the transformation of the placemat, a return is possible. The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the request has been validated by customer service and only if the items ordered are returned in perfect condition, unused or damaged. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
A credit note or a refund may be possible and you can try the adventure with another placemat if you wish!

If the size of your part does not suit you, a return is possible. An alteration, a credit note or a refund may be possible depending on your situation.
